 Durante as festividades do ano novo persa, Razieh insiste com sua mãe para que compre um peixe dourado bonito e gordo, diferente dos magros que tem na fonte na casa da família. Mas eles estão quase sem dinheiro. Após muito insistir, o irmão da garota consegue o dinheiro, que ela acaba perdendo a caminho da loja de peixes. Os adultos ao seu redor, porém, estão muito ocupados para dar atenção a seus problemas.
Razieh wants a fat goldfish for the Iranian New Years celebration, instead of the skinny ones in her family's pond at home. But they are out of money. After many attempts, she and her brother convince their mother to give them her last bit of money. But Razieh loses it between their home and the fish store. The adults around her, however, are too busy to pay attention to her problems. |
